S1 4K - Parking Mode and Durashift
This graph illustrates the S1 4K engaging durashift during 8 hours of timelapse parking mode on my south-facing driveway:
- The ambient shade temperature was 20°C overnight, rising to 33°C during the day
- The car interior shade temperature reached 66°C
- Durashift was engaged 6 times when the S1 4K internal temperature reached 106°C
- The first 4 cool-down periods in ELPM were all 30 minutes duration
- The 5th cool-down period at 15:20 was interrupted after just 3 minutes by me, hitting the windshield to simulate an impact. The S1 woke up, recorded the Parking Event, then returned to timelapse mode.
- The 6th cool-down period was also 30 minutes
- The lower S1 and car interior temperatures from 16:30 were because I was driving
