I just don't understand some drivers.

It's those time I'd wish I had something better than a weak sounding stock horn. A train horn or air raid siren would probably draw attention to the driver's folly.

Part of it here is rednecks who thing their pick-up is indestructible, and part of it are folks from more southerly nations who don't know how to drive faster that their donkey went before they moved north. Not xenophobic, just relating what I see every day in upstate SC. The last part are just our local idiots, of which we've got a-plenty.

There are no laws or regulations in SC requiring drivers to have a functioning brain or to use if if they have one.
