Want tint and 2 ch dash cams? Should tint be installed first?

I have a sedan and would like to tint all the windows, including the windshield and rear window. I also want to get 2 channel dash cams.

Should I have the tint installed first? I've never had either; I'm assuming that if I get dash cams first, then they'd need to be removed in order to get the tint put on.
 
Tint first.
Must be noted if you do tint a front windscreen and going to use dashcam with CPL filter then most likely you are going to get a "rainbow" video recording effect.
