Where is the latest firmware?

where can I get that "B40.20140917.001" firmware? I've made a huge mistake and "upgraded" it to a one from this page "https://dashcamtalk.com/b40-a118/#Firmware" and now I can't even enter camera menu and it not shutting down =((
the camera bought from GearBest (SKU EG0553201)
