Which Dashcam for me in the UK? Help appreciated!

I've found a UK outlet (One I linked above) that only sell the 'standard' type lens of 87 degrees. Is this any good or worth finding one with the 'wide angle' ?

What's the 'adhesive' option just some 3M pads?

I'm not after anything too fancy just simply something I can attach near to the main rear view and leave it! Obviously would be nice to adjust it and with regard to 3M pads I'm not sure A) I can adjust it to get the view correct and B) if it would leave a mess on the car interior/roof material.

Can that simply be used with 3M/Adhesive on the winscreen itself ? As that may be a good option!

BobbyG - You mention you just used adhesive stuff on the mirror itself, have you got any pictures of your setup?

The helmet mount is supplied with a piece of 3M tape, so you can easily attach it to your windscreen.

One thing I was reading on one of the threads you linked above is that class 10 SD cards don't work as well as class 4 or 6 for this camera. Any ideas or what's your preference on 16/32GB?

I bought my first from JooVuu, & the second from Webbex.

I think that card compatibility issues have largely been resolved by recent firmware updates. Don't know if I've been lucky, but I've yet to find a card that won't work in either of my 2 Mobius cams, from unbranded through Kingston, Lexar, Samsung & SanDisk. Class 4, Class 10, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB & 64GB. The only common factor is that all but one were dispatched from & sold by Amazon, i.e. they're genuine cards from a trustworthy seller.

My main question now is I can only find the helmet mount on ebay (here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/391111487462 ) and the delivery time is pretty long (D'OH) Don't suppose you know of any quicker?

From what I've been reading in that mounting mobius thread, the helmet one is the best to go for over the adhesive one as it's slightly more compact. (than this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131376931661 )

Also got a shiny M4 screw bit on the way to take down the diameter of the screw piece.

So now it's just 32gb memory card (easy)

I can't find anywhere local to buy from. Looks like Joovuu is my only hope, on the authentic mobius list.

There is a bloke selling the exact same on ebay for £58 saying he's an official distributor, with tons of good feedback, not sure I want to take that risk though.

Ad says it's a genuine product from the official supplier, it doesn't say he's an authorized dealer, there's a difference

I cannot find a quicker delivery source for the helmet mount on eBay. As for Banggood, safest bet is to dodge them, you save cash upfront but, if a fault develops, you send Mobius to China at your expense ...

Ordered from JooVuu, C2 lens, 3M charging cable, helmet mount is on the way, sd card is on the way, hopefully now it's just happy days.

Again one last thankyou for bearing with me.. took my time but it's done now.

I'm sure I will be on here again to ask about options but I've found quite a lot of info on the web about setting them up!
