Why do I get this menu on startup?

IIWEY dash cam. Each time car switches on I get presented with this choice that has to be done manually.
Can't figure it out from manual. Any suggestions?

is it plugged in to the cars usb socket? the cars usb usually transfers data from your phone and the camera may think youre connecting it to the computer, if youre using a usb socket try the cigarette lighter or hardwire it

normally that is becuz you are connected to a computer, it could also be as you are using a USB cable with the data wires in it too, so if you can get a just power USB cable

haha come to read about it, i am also inclined to think he is powered from a car build in USB port,,,,,, that is often no good, you should use provided power source, or at least try that.
