WiFi Cam for mobile needed

Hi,
I am a new member looking into a wireless camera system for my own fleet of trucks.

Just not having much luck finding the right features for my needs...

Requirements are:

Stand-alone wifi/wireless (no router connection or pre-configure)
Must be able to connect from an Android/IOS device
Live streaming on handheld device (recording not needed)
720 res. @ 25fps or close to it.
Solid signal at 60 feet
reasonable price <~ $100
2-way audio a plus but not needed.

Any help is appreciated.
