mode = [0|1], 0:VIDEO, 1:STILL

what do these (agc,shutter,iris,dgain) do?

In real world of photography, use: shutter speed, aperture value, iso sensitive; but inside the camera, they use digit signal values.

I just tested, and should be similar like these:
shutter = shutter speed;
iris = aperture;
agc & dgain = iso
