Yi camera video not able to view

Hi peeps ,
some of my video are not able to view nor download .
Does anyone faced a similar problem ? some of the file recorded have no issue viewing or downloading but some are not viewable .

When i plug into a laptop , i am not able to view my videos only some of them seem to be visible to the laptop.
those which i am able to view on my android phone are not showing on laptop either.
Hence i have got 2 of this issues does any encounter them before ?

hi ,

These should be the default settings as i didnt change any of the settings .
However some of videos are viewable , currently my cam is low batt .

If you right click on the file and then click "properties" and go to "Details" Tab what is the frame width, frame height, and frames per second?

i cant right click or left click as i am accessing via an android phone to view the video .
the default settings is 1920x1080 30p 16:9

I couldnt transfer via cable as the Pc couldnt see the files , hence i have to download via wifi .

It did not manage to see all the files via card reader . however the above are the information in the file
