Customized firmware is for A329T. Current installed standard firmware is V2.0 for A329T as well.Is it a customized firmware for A329S or for A329T?

Then you need to put that load file to the card as well.Customized firmware is for A329T. Current installed standard firmware is V2.0 for A329T as well.
Don't know if this is the best thread to ask, but is there any update on a beta v2.1 firmware with faster boot times?
I see your post on #108, I asked in #109, and Viofo responded in #110 with further optimizations in the future. Hence my v2.1 beta comment. I understand v2.0 is final. Are you talking about this? A329S TESTING THREAD See post #108
I think we are done with “Beta” firmware.
It’s all fully finished “official” now.

If you reference Chuck's post, if it could get down to the A329's ~13 seconds, that would be reasonable. Under 1 minute is quite a large range. What is the boot time now? What would you like it to be?
A boot process identifies all attached cameras, the GPS, and the memory card, allocates memory... and plenty more. If the cam is taking 3 minutes to boot, there is probably an issue. If it is under a minute, I would
accept that time frame, understanding the dashcam is preparing itself to do the task you paid for it to do.
I did another Bootup Speed Test.firmware with faster boot times?
anything under 20 seconds bootup time is fine. If someone has a specific situation they see a need for fast boot, please elaborate?
I don't think anyone is saying they wait 20 seconds. So let me get this straight, you wait for 20 seconds before you put the car in drive? 😂
I think you should give up driving the risks are far too great out there. Just stay home

No. Is external ssd. ran out of space to add that i think in the profile. (will edit it)@speedingcheetah
Are you really using a 1TB SD Card with your A329T?
Like INSIDE the dash cam, not externally with a card reader connected to the SSD port.
That will definitely increase the boot time from completely off.
Let me go test that.
