My unit is not displaying the correct time and date. It always defaults to September 2013. I suspect the problem started after the last firmware update. I can't change the time or date and can only change region. Its supposed to get the data from GPS isn't it? Anyone knows of a fix for this?

Just got this cam and installed it today with power magic. Parked and checked on it after a few hours. The camera itself is pretty hot. Almost uncomfortable to touch. Is this normal? It is set as parking mode. Any ideas?

Hi guys, this forum has been a great source of information. I've now bought a Blackvue 500 with power magic and am trying to install it. I've encountered a small problem. My front fuse box doesn't have a ACC circuit which is off when the engine is off. So, the power magic timer will not work...
