0906 falling off

Here in SoCal had the same issue too. The tape held well to the glass but the mount pulled away from the tape within a couple days.
Used a few drops of crazy glue and it’s been solid for months now.

Reporting in more than a month later on my two installs: still firmly held in place, DESPITE a >120-degree heat-wave and direct sun on the glue/tape combo.
 
the old 0806 VHB pads and then 0906 VHB pads are same size and from same vendor.
god knows what happened to the vendor. Since we changed to new vendor on May there is not new complaint anymore.

For the users who need new VHB pads, please let we know.
 
I contacted the seller about this last week and they kindly sent me two more pads. Fitted one on 4th August and it's still holding, not even trying to peel off. (I'm in the UK and it's been unusually hot here)
