11.1 Firmware - 622 lock up

Hi, I purchased two 622s Oct last year with rear view also, hard wired and NextBase official SD Cards (128 and 256GB).

All was well until 11.1.

The cameras stop recording, usually with black screen and solid red LED but sometimes showing onscreen ok but frozen time and again solid red light.

Initially I purchased a new SD card (32GB) which made no difference. After the issue, the SD Card is corrupted and cannot be read by Windows.

One of the dash cams was then replaced as advised by NextBase support. It’s exactly the same.

The only common factor seems to be 11.1.

Is it possible to revert to an earlier firmware?
