322GW duff battery from new where can I get a replacement

Given to me as a present last Christmas. Battery holds no charge - did the unplug charge for 4 hours etc test blue light goes off after 5 mins and when powered on after disconnect from charger (after 4 hours) lasts < 10 seconds. I want a working battery as date/time resets every time car is switched off.

Contacted nextbase but no reply - I'm guessing that my only recourse is to buy a new battery and try to fit it. There seem to be a ton of "replacement" batteries can anyone point me to a reputable site for one? - I tried nextbase but they don't seem to do replacement batteries for this model.

Nextbase will either offer an expensive battery change service or offer to post one out if you're good with a soldering iron
