Have just bought a vehicle with a 512GW which seems wired in. Unfortunately apart from the opening nextbase blue logo all l get is screen which is frozen and is showing a multicloured block (see photo) Do you think it's an un repairable screen situation. For the record all l can get from it is just beeping at me. Even if it's a firmware issue l am unable to access the menu or any other keys. Help please.
