622GW screen keeps coming on

Got a new 622 fitted, with rear wired cam. Have an issue whereby the screen turns on regularly, almost exactly every five minutes, as if the device has rebooted. It‘s recording fine in the background the rest of the time, but it is very distracting that it constantly switches the screen back one bleeps every five minutes.

Support weren’t much help, suggested it might be something to do with the SOS feature, but when I disabled this it doesn’t seem to have helped.

Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
