thickness of 622gw hardwire kit cables

I am have a lot of DAB interference with channels dropping in and out of Radio due to the dashcam and looking to use ferrite core to help on rear cam and maybe front cam both

Car is Skoda Kamiq

Any one knows what the thickness of the cables is that are default in the hardwire kit so I can use that:~?
