Nextbase 622GW – Disconnects from battery.?

Good evening,

My Nextbase camera(2023) immediately disconnects from my car battery when car motion is not detected, traffic lights, parking etc

I would be most grateful for any advice to resolve this problem.?

Did you solve this?
How is your camera powered? Permanent live feed or ignition feed?
Do you have Parking Mode set to ON or OFF? It sounds like the camera may be in Parking Mode which shuts itself down until it detects very slight motion, coupled with a power supply where the voltage is below the level where the camera automatically shuts down.
Have you tried contacting Nextbase support?
