Hi, I need guidance and assistance on the firmware mismatch problem which I upgraded the latest version and resulting the dashcam shut down and not functioning now.....:cry:

What is your A500s version? Chinese or international? If you have the Chinese version, then the latest international firmware available to you is 1.0.17ww:

LGDJ464_1.0.17ww_20220704_Half.tar.gz
