You can do it, but not from settings. By deleting/renaming the respective voice file in the cam, that particular voice notification will be shut off.

Hey, It's been two weeks since I hardwired my A510 and I don't know why it turns off the Wifi Hotspot and I have to disconnect and reconnect backup camera cable to make it work. Any ideas why Hotspot can't be on all the time?
