A119 V2 White Screen of Death

So I literally bought my A119 V2 3 days ago and now I just received the WSOD. I went to plug the dash cam into my computer so I could view the files and as the dash cam started up, a white screen appears and stays white until I unplug it from my computer. The same thing happens if I plug it into my car. Has anyone else on here experience the same thing? I tried pressing all buttons, removing the mircosd card, but to no avail.

I will be sending in my defective unit for replacement. Just sucks it happened so soon..

To add to that, I think the California heat played a big role as I do have the dash cam wired to "always hot/on". It will turn on and record whenever it detects motion and go on standby when there's no motion. But then again, I've been doing the same for my A119 V1 and it has held up throughout this whole time and I've had that for more than a year.

Before you pack it up try reloading the firmware and see if any change

Just reloaded the firmware and the white screen still remains.
