A119S display not working

I recently had a new A119s installed and today the display screen does turn on at all. The dashcam still manages to record footages but just the display refuses to display anything. I have tried pressing the power button, menu button but still nothing.

I tried resetting the dashcam as well and also reflashing firmware v1.7 to see if the display will turn on but nothing.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas I should try or something I am doing wrong and/or missed?

I think the display is faulty. I gently pressed on the display and surprisingly, it works but either (a) flickers or (b) slowly dims over time until black screen again.

Either the display or the connecting cable at a guess

Just tried another two cables (plugged into supplied and another two (Anker and Tronsmart) USB car chargers, and into several computer USB ports) and same result each time. Likelihood does point towards the display being faulty.
