After Happy-Hour Rainbow & Prius Stops in the Road

Leaving an after work happy hour. See a nice rainbow as a much needed summer shower hits. Then a Prius just stops in the road and not in the parking lot it just left.

My brother in law says dogs have to check pee-mail at every hydrant, post, or fence they see.

At least the Prius tried to warn you by having his flashers on before he even made the turn... Which was redundant as you need to be extra careful around any Prius anyway...
