B1W No Wifi Network Popping up

I've plugged my B1W into my car, laptop, and wall plug with a green light each time but there is no wifi network appearing to connect to. This was not an issue previously. Is there anyway to watch the recordings straight from the computer? When I try to open the files on the SD card it says that the files are unsupported. Appreciate any help!
