Blackview Options?

I am interested in the
BlackVue DR750LW-2CH but the price and some other features are a turn off. What I like is that it has a screen, front and rear cameras and a parrking mode. Those are the basic nececities of what I am looking for.

Its quite a big screen and I don't know if it dims or flips up out of the way as to not be a distraction. This leads me to my next point. I dont have a smart phone, I have a laptop and I have and IPod but this is why I prefer the screen. So i dont have to adjust the view from the phone. Is a phone essential for this? Therefore I can do without wifi. I would prefer no GPS, and it may help cut costs but it doesn't appear so in this model.

Any similar models that my suite my needs better? Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Mio MiVue 698 has all the features you need and is cheaper than the DR750LW-2CH.
