Blackvue B-124x and Cellink Neo EXT

I purchased the Blackvue B-124x without knowing it was discontinued and so is their B-124e (expansion) battery. I found online that the Cellink Neo EXT is compatible but I can't seem to find anyone running the pair. Does anyone have any experience running the pair? Do I need to set it up a certain way? I read a post here that you need to set the Cellink a certain way but not sure if it's the same with the Blackvues.
 
Thanks for the reply. Blackboxmycar website says "Ensure to register the additional 6,600mah storage in the settings of the BlackVue Battery Manager application." Not exactly sure what they mean by that.
