Hi to every one.
I purchased the blackvuo ultra magic battery B-124X tow days ago .I fully charged it and when I connect it to.my dash cam and the car is off.it shows it is charging the dash cam in parking mode but after 20-30 minutes it stop charging the dash cams!I already put the bottun in cigarette 12v mode.i don't know why it stop charging my dash cams and the battery level shows in the app is 100% full.can you please tell.me why this is happening and what to do.My dash cam is nextbase 222xr. So in final.the battery charges from my 12v socket normally but when the car is off it start to discharge and give power to my dashcams in parking mode approximately 20 minutes the blackvuo battery stop discharge until open the lock of my car?? please help me what to do.if it was compatibility problem why it discharge for 20 minutes? it should not discharge at all.and I had the B-112 and I works fine withe these dashcams but I had to return it because it is small battery and I replace it with B-124X .
