Camera is just beeping at me

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help. Just bought this camera, installed a 64gb SD card formatted to Fat32. I plug into cigarette lighter and LED turns constant green. Voice says SD card connected, recording. But green light stays constant so I don’t think it’s recording? Have briefly been able to connect with iPhone over WiFi but no success in fixing it

Format the memory card in the app menu directly!
