dash cam viewer pro

I have the above software and it is not loading the rear view footage when i load the front footage?
front and rear files are in the same folder on my pc if i select file open video folder and click ok all front videos load into the right hand panel but no rear footage, if i manually select a rear footage file it says this below



i have tried loading just 1 front file but the 2nd rear file does not even attempt to open.

what am i missing?

forgot to mention the rear files open fine in the likes of vlc player
