Wow that is a crazy video With so many dash cams in Russia now, it seems like anything that happens on the road is captured on video. Some accidents now have multiple videos from different vehicles. I think the world will be a different place if dash cams catch on in many countries!

From what I read this was Bagram Air Field north of Kabul in Afghanistan
Plane crash in Afghanistan!
