dashcam screen wont turn on

Hi Everyone,

I've used the VIOFO A129 Duo for about 1.5 years now without any issues. However, today I noticed that the screen was blank like how it looks when its off but the Rec, Wi-Fi and MIC lights were red. I also cannot connect to the dashcam on my phone. Any ideas on what the issue might be? Thanks.
 
Do you use the original car charger? Do you power the dashcam through the GPS mount or the USB port on the camera body side?

What's the current firmware version? What card do you use? Please try formatting the card on a computer referring to this FAQ:
