Hello John,
A tad more info I forgot to add...
I currently have the "K-lite codec pack 1880 basic" in the same folder as the DCV files.
(Never been real sure as to where to place it. Getting old/er & greyer.)

Hoping this is O.K., as it worked fine with version > 3.9.8

Hi @Michael23 Be sure to run the K-lite installer to complete the installation of the necessary codecs. Usually the basic (free) installation works for folks.

Many thanks for the quick reply to my small problem.

I just updated the old/er K-Lite version #1880 to their latest basic version #19.5.5.
Installed O.K.
Upon checking my latest video.....it now plays just swimmingly again.
Thanks so very much for your assistance & also for creating a great program.

Hi @ndswj, thanks for trying out Dashcam Viewer.

You can tell Dashcam Viewer to sort the videos by Name instead of Date. Go to the Settings and choose Video Sequencing by "Name". Then reload your videos and the ordering issue will be fixed.
