DR750x plus 2ch question

Hi 1st question new to the forum. i recently upgraded my car from an insignia to a cla merc my dashcam in the insignia was a nextbase 412gw did its job and looked ok on the windscreen, the same dashcam in the merc looks awful and is really getting on my bloody nerves, because of rain sensor housing it just cannot imo opinion sit nicely in my merc. So i am thinking of buying the blackvue dr750x plus 2ch for the shape and location it should sit nicely in the car. I am however a little concerned about the rear camera when i fit it the cars rear windows are naturally tinted for privacy will this have a major effect on any footage captured by the rear cam?
I suppose i should ask are these dashcams good i have read mixed reviews mostly positive but also a few negative, youtube does not have a great deal on the 750x plus range. Are there any other bog roll shaped cams as good as the blackvue??
