Firmware update

I have just downloaded the latest firmware for my 622GW which is v11.1. However when I come to update the camera I get a message that says your Dashcam is up-to-date but it is still showing as v10.5.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you overcome it please.

Try leaving the 622 plugged in for about 20 mins to charge (ie plug it in USB and POWER ON then press button to power off and leave it) Then repower on and UPDATE and transfer files, restart 622 and that might help. Other say to remove SD card, transfer files on PC then reinstall card and reboot 622. I reckon allow to power up for a few moments then go thru the process. Keep the 622 powered by USB the whole time.

Hi,

Try resetting the camera using the reset button underneath. Does it then still show R10.5 in the settings? If so, could I have a photo of this please?
