How do I hardwire for parking mode?

I have it set to 'Medium' It records fine when driving but I get nothing in parking mode, even if I hit the dashcam itself which should trigger the G sensor. I do have some files in an 'RO' folder which are really random from when I have been driving and I can't see what is triggering the g-sensor but I guess at least that is working.
 
I went for a drive today and "smacked" the camera whilst driving but nothing was saved to the 'Event' folder. It should be right?
 
How about the G-sensor level in the menu settings?
 
Switch High level to see if it works!
 
I don't think it's made a difference. What is the difference between the 'EVENT' folder and 'RO' folder?
 
I'm interested in purchasing a B4K, but cannot find a hard wire kit for it. Both the Amazon and eBay links I have say it is "Currently Unavailable."

I attempted to contact the manufacturer at their Los Angeles location, but they are not answering their phone at this time.

I have two B4K cameras. I bought two hardwire kits. One is completely DOA - the camera won't power up, nor will my headphones charge while plugged into this hardwire kit.

The second hardwire kit seems to be behaving like a previous poster's, with an added dash of loose wire. Either it doesn't work at all, or it powers the camera on with only the red and black wires connected, and the camera is in driving mode and won't go into parking mode. Flipping the switch doesn't change anything. Connecting the yellow wire doesn't change anything. If I connect the yellow wire and not the red, then the camera won't power on at all.

I've flipped the switches on both kits. I've verified that they have 12 volts across the leads. I've swapped red and yellow wires. Neither one works properly.

I ordered item B4K from AliExpress in August 2021. The item has been great, but there are two problems I am having and would really appreciate your help with please.

1) Parking mode
I first used my original two wire hardwired kit that has been used for my old dashcam. However, I read on your support page that B4K requires a three wire hardware kit. So I purchased the correct item from your store on AliExpress and fitted correctly. However, the camera never seems to record parking mode. It always just turns off. I have toggled tiny switch on hardwire kit and still parking mode will not work.

This seems exactly the same issues that users above are having.

2) Video playback
Whenever I use the app recommended (Ucam) to play back downloaded recordings, or using correct app on my Mac, the playback is double speed. Being played back like it is 2x speed.

I would really appreciate your help with these issues please.
