Hi,
I bought my A118C from Foxoffer and upon inserting a microSD card, the click didn't feel quite right and the SD card doesn't click out and is stuck on mine. With the card inside, I can't send it back otherwise I'll possibly lose my card. So my only option is to open it up.

Having read through the relevant forums, I am aware others have experienced similar issues.

Chris-s and others have described a simple fix of opening it up, removing the speaker glue, and pushing down a point near the microSD card spot with a small flat screwdriver.

Since I'm not much of a electronics wizz and don't usually pull things apart, I'm having trouble disassembling the unit.

So far, I've removed 4 small screws, and peeled off the speaker, but still can't seem to get the SD card to click out.

Can someone provide a comprehensive step-by-step description to fix this issue including steps for dis-assembling as I'm sure many in the future will be seeking this on this forum.
