Looking for the best video quality at night under $65.

Regularly traveling at night and looking for the maximum night quality under $65 (I hope for free shipping in Russia.)
Everything else is not interesting except for one small optional suggestions: I will be happy if the camera will automatically record all (by loop) when the car is stopped (at the parking) by a motion sensor. And only events by g-sensor do not delete.
