Next base 300w no sound

I need some advise please. I have purchased two nextbase 300w. Perfect, apart from I can not get any sound from video clips, I have turned sound option on in menu, both cameras are doing the same, I am obviously missing something. Many thanks in advance.. playing clips back through phone.

Check 1 is to download a clip to a PC and check for sound.
