I'm having problems with my Nextbase 412GW dashcam, the Menu button is not responsive as to is the OK button and the Mode button is not responsive, I've tried the reset but no change

No, I have tried that and it still the same problem

sounds like a hardware problem, you could try reloading the firmware, if still the same then it's warranty/repair/replacement time

Yeah I think your right so I'm going to return it back to the retailer today

The 412 is a bit old now, how long have you had it.

I got it last week, it was second hand but I'm returning it today

If you have the option to then taking it back is a good idea, it obviously has issues

I had a 412 once. Clarity of footage was good on smooth roads but any bumps had it all over the place due to the ball joint mount.
