Based on how the camera is designed to work, footage triggered by an impact is usually saved in the
Urgent/Locked folder (it may show as “Parked” when viewed on a computer). From what you described, it sounds like the file might actually be on the SD card, but not playing properly. In some cases, a sudden impact or power interruption can result in the video not being fully written or becoming corrupted.
We also noticed you mentioned that the
WiFi connection to the app is no longer working. To better understand what’s happening, could you try reconnecting by following the steps in this guide:
