1) I'm not at liberty to reveal the price but I got a terrific discount from Boston Dynamics because it will come in kit form. I'm told it has over eleven thousand separate parts but I think I can put it together over the weekend, IKEA style.

That's really an old trick. I remember kids from my neighborhood doing stuff like that on their roller skates, except it was on slower local roads rather than out on a major highway.
