Pics that make you smile

If it was a sticker i would put it on the back of my car. :D

Perhaps it would make it less obvious for ppl that the guy that painted my car efter it was rear ended is colorblind

And lucky for him i dont give a "poo" if the color dont match, but as a painter myself i have to say it is a piss poor job considering my car is plain red in color, and thats not a hard color to work with as a painter.
I can only guess what it would have looked like if my car had been silver metallic.

Hey, you can't discriminate against colourblinds - it is equal opportunity world! :D

P.S. Full disclosure - I am colour blind!

In modern world if they would dare to ask this question they could put themselves in a vulnerable position. Surely some Human Rights lawyer is just waiting for this to happen!

Thats one problem with the world today.

Allso a thing i fing strange, today ppl go ballistic as soon as you hear the word terror, and then politicians will start to trow huge ammounts of money at the problem.
But old ppl like me would know that the 70 ties was a decade of much more terror than today, during that decade bombs exploded left and right in the US ( i mention you guys as to me it seem you are one of the ppl that really go overbord in the name of fighting terror )
And back then in the US you might get headline for your terror bomb, but after a fjew more bombs you have to be lucky if your terror bomb made page 6 in the news paper.

Same was the case in UK - Ireland - Germany - Italy and a lot of other places.

So i think the ppl in power is really puling the leg of ppl, either that or the ppl of the world have just become huge pussies, and that i then have to blame on mass media and ther scare journalism.

Well, depending on the definition of "old", I'm not THAT old (below 40 ;) but even I do remember those times... I guess todays situation is due to the "information overload"; back then, you heard about it once a day, watching news in TV; maybe twice while reading newspaper, too...

But today? TV, News-App, Facebook-Flamewars aso, and as it's topic everywhere, also radio jumps on the train, and as it's topic there, it all other media go for it, too...

And this results in pressure for our thromoneyawayers, so they have to take "look people, we are doing something"-actions...

Eg. Germany; knowing better then France what to do with terror (eg. "RAF" in the 70s); two Attacks in Paris (one after a ...tasteless satire-pic, the other after increasing attacks in Syra (don't fight a war if you can't bear the answers to your attack as I keep saying)), and now, German Officials want the complete surveillance of all phone- and data-traffic WITHOUT a Judge signing the order... They might have forgotten, that in France this is reality since 2006 - and didn't prevent the Attacks... But as I wrote: it's all over each media, giving pressure to those who are "being fainted" by the situation, resulting in the most stupid action they can think of...

but enough policits, apparantly, it's x-mas-time again:

Back in the old days one of the biggest banks here was called SDS, it was a merger of several smaller banks.
So some one i knew was in Germany and on the back of his Jacket he had a reflector giver to him with the SDS logo / letters.

Some German spotted that and bitchslapped him, aparently somthing in Germany back then allso named SDS was not popular :D

I think SDS was short for Socialistishe Detusche Studentenbund, ( union of socialist German students ) and i figure those wasent popular in Germany back then having the big bad evil commies right on the other side of a small wall.

I got bitchslapped in Rostock east Germeny when i was a kid, some old guy dident like i was trowing big stones in the water.
But he ran when he heard me say ( in Dansih ) WTF are you doing, fully knowing he just bitchslapped the son of a high ranking guest of his Country.

Funny thing in relation to that, same day in the same place a found a Danish coin in the water, it was 5 Ore/ cent from 1928

I only get it a little, never been om bord with stuff like that, unless ICQ and messenger count

All the rest, yeah i heard about you, now get the hell out of my way.

I am on DCT,,, much more exclusive. :D

Sort of missed ICQ (Character maybe an old man) and Diaspora (Character = unknow type) - but a HELL of a video :-)

Yeah, this "absolute mini-pi" is a great thing... With a built-in WiFi or LAN-Port it would be even much better (yes I know it's built for steering-purposes, but still - it would make things much easier)... Hope the 5$ remains, got some ideas for it anyway ;)

And unfortunatly, I've never seen an installation like this in person (and NO, I will not show a picture of "how does the rear part of your desk looks like, mike?" ;-)

Those wires / cables allmost give me a hard on.
And now i am really sad i cant fine any pictures of my latest casemod.

Funny thing with me, i can live with pretty high levels of mess, as long as it isent inside my computer and tools,,,,,, and work related.

I will try and dig out the old WD raptor drive in my old backup rig, that one might hold pictures of my casemod.

...that awkward moment you realise you're sourrounded by nerds
.
.
.
...and feel understood the first time in your life ;)

(seeing that picture, I remembered working for local authority in their datacenter... our cabling NEVER looked that way... :)
