Hi all,
I'm experiencing trouble connecting via remote live view to my dash cam. Usually it connects straight away but since the last update (V.1.00.13) it does not connect anymore and gets stuck at this screen:Screenshot_20200505-031649_THINKWARE CLOUD.jpg
I've tested my in-car Wi-Fi and the internet is working fine. I have not changed any settings on my dash Cam so the settings side are fine.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Might want to hard reset the connection by formatting the card and resetting the settings through the app.

Thank you! This has solved the problem!! Used a pin to press the reset button on the cam. But why did it do that in the first place? Where has it gone wrong?

Thank you! This has solved the problem!! Used a pin to press the reset button on the cam. But why did it do that in the first place? Where has it gone wrong?

Hard to say but likely just a connection glitch that needed to be reset
