Road Rage Karma in Vancouver Canada.

I used to live across the river from Detroit. Moved here over 20 years ago. Thought the driving in Toronto was better than Detroit. Well that has changed. now, over here, Few drivers seem to know what stop signs or red lights are for and are too busy on their devices. I am always surpised there are more accidents here.
