Searching Dashcam with USB-Stream

Hi Guys,

Im searching for a Dashcam that can stream by USB. I found one from Rove with Webcam-Mode, but that has a old Mini-USB Slot and I dont find out if the webcam mode has FullHD or like the "Mevo Start" just 720p in Webcam-Mode.
I want a good new Dashcam ideally with USB-C that can stream the Video to a PC.

I need that for testdrives, where we need the Livestream on our Notebook in a good Quality.
I tried with GoPro Hero9, but first the HDMI Stream is so bad, because of encoding. And the webcam mode has a really bad quality and at least the gopro is to expensive for just streaming.

not a common function in dashcams these days, most that did have it only offered a low res stream anyway

anybody know maybe another way to stream with good quality per USB and have a wide angle and good lowlight quality?
