SG9663DC not recording and fuzzy screen

My SG9663DC stopped recording and now I only see a split fuzzy screen. I have unplugged the camera and plugged it back in and I get the same problem. Any ideas as to how I can fix this issue? TIA.

That's an old bug fixed by updating the firmware. Eject the card, and copy the .bin to the card from the following zip file. (more details included in text file)
