I'm going along fine, then one morning I notice my camera is not recording. What should I do? I thought the card would keep recording but maybe it's not. When I start the car the rec button flashes once.

Are you hardwired, or using the cig plug power supply?

hardwired. it's been running good for years. and suddenly stopped. I've been going back over past conversations. I can't believe what a hard time I had installing it . I bought it May 2 2018 order no. 2650. I just went out and removed the card to see if it would run without it, and it doesn't.

As a test try connecting with the cig plug power supply, you'll need to press and hold the power button on the camera for about 10 seconds, does it power up ok then?
