Strange Rainbows in Your Dash Cam Videos - Memory Card Issue

I've been experiencing a somewhat unusual problem with my dash cam videos recently, when I review my dash cam footage, I notice these strange rainbow-like artifacts appearing on the screen. They don't seem to be related to weather conditions or glare from the windshield because they appear even on clear, sunny days. It's almost like a distortion in the video. I thought it might be a memory card issue, Has anyone else encountered something similar?

A option to not running a CPL filter, is to get a flat black dashmat to put on top of the dashboard
