Hi there. I need help. We have a lovely new (second hand) low mileage 2015 BMW M-Sport 5.0 twin turbo with every imaginable extra. Probably the nicest car we have ever owned.

Personally, I love tech, but the wife does not want to ruin the look and feel of the car with something plastered all over the windscreen that is obviously a retrofit and looks messy.

So I’m after the absolutely least obtrusive (or even totally hidden from view) dashcam possible for my vehicle - will sacrifice quality for aesthetics - at least two channels font and rear. I looked online for an OEM rear view mirror dash cam but these don’t seem to exist for the 2015 X5. I wont be allowed to remove the nice BMW rear view mirror and replace it with an obviously generic one.

Grateful for any and all sensible suggestions!

Dashcam essential In Australia as drivers can be fairly angry here - it’s almost as if they drive around waiting for someone to make a motoring mishap so they can blast their horns and pull up beside them and yell.

Many thanks.
