Driver witnessing road rage between two cars where one is involved in a fatal accident implicate the other one of hitting the other. Highlight from the video clip - "this is a perfect example of how unreliable eye witness testimony can be"

Yup. Video clearly shows an unforced error, probably because the Mustang was outraged that the Malibu didn't take the off ramp. He then cut in front aggressively and was probably planning to brake check but by then he'd already lost control.

Perfect example of why I use a dash cam, the roads are full of people who can't or won't drive safely who will gladly drag others into accidents then twist the facts. And as we see here, their tactics can lead to misinterpretation of events even by independent witnesses.
